This experience includes a guided tour of the more than 100 year old cellars. This is then followed by a wine tasting accompanied by a menu which includes the most typical dish from the Bairrada region: Roasted Crispy Suckling Piglet which is made in a particular way typical from this area and served with a pepper sauce, homemade potato chips, and orange slices.
